Action Industries helped the Arvada West Robotics club with the manufacture of the wheel hub for their robot. On Tuesday, 10-4-11, the club visited Action Industries to witness first hand, the manufacture of their hub. They were given an guided tour of the shop, introducing them to the various skills required to manufacture industrial components.

They had this to say about the tour:

"Thanks for the incredible visit to your facilities. The robotics club is full of bright, high academic achieving students. However, like many students, the application of all the textbook learning can be a struggle. Your business incorporates both academics and application. Speaking with the students on the way home yesterday was very rewarding. They were excited about how our part was made and were able to make more sense about what it takes to produce a part. "
